Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data IFUN collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can do about it. It applies to ifunatvparts.com and to inquiries, quotations and orders that start here.

1. Who we are

Zhejiang Ifun ATV Parts Co., Ltd (“IFUN”, “we”, “us”) manufactures and supplies aftermarket ATV and UTV parts to importers, wholesalers, distributors and brand owners.

  • Registered address: International Auto and Motorcycle Parts Industrial Zone, Tangxia, Rui’an City, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China
  • Email: sales@ifunatvparts.com
  • Telephone: +86 577 5891 6905

We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are not established in the European Union or the United Kingdom; sections 6 and 8 explain how we handle data from those regions.

2. What we collect

2.1 Information you give us

When you send an inquiry, request a quotation or sample, or ask a technical question, we collect:

  • your name;
  • your business email address;
  • your company name and country;
  • your telephone or messaging number, if you provide one;
  • the content of your message;
  • any file you attach, such as a fitment list, drawing, photo or purchase order.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, our servers and our security provider record your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, the pages you open and the time of your visit. We use this data to keep the site available and secure, to diagnose errors, and to understand in aggregate which pages are useful to buyers. We do not use it to build an individual profile of you.

2.3 What we do not want

Please do not send us payment card numbers, bank credentials, government identity numbers, or health data through this website or by email. We never ask for them. If you receive a message that appears to come from us and asks for them, treat it as fraudulent and tell us.

3. Why we use your data, and on what legal basis

Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the legal bases below. Where it does not apply, we process the same data for the same purposes on the basis of your request and our legitimate business interests.

PurposeLegal basis
Answering your inquiry and preparing a quotationSteps taken at your request before entering a contract — Art. 6(1)(b)
Performing an order, shipping it, and providing after-sales supportPerformance of a contract — Art. 6(1)(b)
Keeping quotation, order, customs and tax recordsLegal obligation — Art. 6(1)(c); legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f)
Site security, bot protection and fraud preventionLegitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f)
Visitor analytics that help us improve product informationConsent, where consent is required — Art. 6(1)(a)

We do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal effects for you, and we do not sell your personal data.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with providers that help us operate the business, and only to the extent each one needs it:

  • Hosting — Hostinger. Website files, database and business email are hosted on Hostinger infrastructure.
  • Content delivery and security — Cloudflare. Traffic is proxied through Cloudflare for delivery, DDoS mitigation and bot protection, which processes IP addresses and request metadata.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics 4. Aggregated visitor statistics, including approximate location and device category.
  • Live chat — Crisp. If you use the chat widget, the conversation and the contact details you enter are processed by Crisp.
  • Email and document services. Business correspondence is stored with our email provider and, where a file is too large to email, through a file transfer service.
  • Freight forwarders and carriers. Consignee name, address, telephone and commercial invoice data, passed on only when we ship an order.
  • Professional advisers, auditors and public authorities. Only where the law requires disclosure or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

Each provider acts under a written contract that limits it to processing data on our instructions.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. We use the following categories:

CategoryWhat it doesCan you refuse it?
Strictly necessaryKeeps the site working, balances traffic, and remembers security checks such as Cloudflare’s bot verification.No — the site cannot operate without them.
AnalyticsGoogle Analytics 4 records which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and how long they stay. Data is aggregated.Yes.
FunctionalCrisp remembers an open chat session so the conversation is not lost when you change page.Yes.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to browse the catalogue or send an inquiry. Where your region requires prior consent for non-essential cookies, we ask for it before those cookies are set.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run retargeting pixels on this site.

6. International transfers

Our business is based in China and several of our service providers process data outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, principally in the United States. Where personal data of EU or UK data subjects is transferred, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or on the UK Addendum to those clauses, together with the technical and organisational measures described in section 9.

Because our production, sales and shipping records are kept in China, an inquiry or order necessarily involves transferring the relevant contact and delivery data to China so that we can manufacture and ship the goods you asked for.

7. How long we keep it

  • Inquiries that do not become orders: up to 24 months from the last contact, so that we can pick up an interrupted conversation.
  • Quotations: up to 24 months from issue.
  • Orders, invoices, shipping and customs documents: for the period required by applicable accounting and customs law, and in any event no less than 5 years.
  • Analytics data: as configured in Google Analytics 4, currently 14 months.
  • Chat transcripts: up to 12 months.

When a retention period ends, we delete the data or irreversibly anonymise it.

8. Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you, and receive a copy;
  • correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete data we no longer have a lawful reason to keep;
  • restrict or object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • receive the data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another controller;
  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
  • complain to a supervisory authority — in the EU, the authority in your country of residence; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Write to sales@ifunatvparts.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask for information that lets us verify that the request comes from you; we will not ask for more than is needed for that purpose.

8.1 Notice to California residents

In the 12 months before the date of this policy we have collected the following categories of personal information from business contacts: identifiers (name, email address, telephone number, IP address), commercial information (products inquired about, quotations, orders), and internet activity (pages viewed). We collect them for the purposes in section 3 and disclose them to the service providers in section 4.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. California residents have the right to know what we collect, to request deletion, to request correction, to opt out of sale or sharing (which does not apply here, because we do neither), and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, write to sales@ifunatvparts.com.

9. How we protect your data

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the WordPress administration area requires individual credentials and is protected by Cloudflare. Hosting, email and analytics accounts are protected by multi-factor authentication. Access to inquiry and order records is limited to the sales and finance staff who need it. We keep off-site backups and review access rights periodically.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a breach occurs that is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the competent authority and, where required, you.

10. Children

This site sells wholesale automotive parts to businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to other sites

Our pages may link to carriers, marketplaces or industry directories. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

12. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our tools or legal obligations change. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect.

13. How to contact us
