Ordering and minimums
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order is USD 5,000 per order, with at least 50 pieces per part number. Both thresholds apply: the order total must reach USD 5,000, and every part number in it must be 50 pieces or more. If you want to test one part before committing, tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will confirm whether it can run as a trial order.
Can I mix different part numbers in one order?
Mixed part numbers are accepted in one order, provided the order total reaches USD 5,000 and each part number is at least 50 pieces. Each part number is priced and packed as a separate line, and the packing list shows every line so that you can check the shipment on arrival. If you need retail-ready boxes, barcodes or your own brand printed on the packaging, tell us before production starts, because packaging changes affect both price and lead time.
Do you supply samples before a production order?
Samples are free of charge, and courier freight is at the buyer’s expense. Sample lead time is 2 to 15 working days, depending on the part and on stock availability. Tell us the part numbers and the delivery address and we will confirm both the lead time and the freight cost before dispatch.
Product and fitment
Do you supply OEM parts or aftermarket parts?
We manufacture aftermarket replacement parts. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by Yamaha, Honda, Polaris, Can-Am, Kawasaki or any other original equipment manufacturer. We publish OEM part numbers so that you can identify which original part ours replaces. The part you receive is manufactured by IFUN, not by the vehicle manufacturer, and it is not presented as an original part.
How do I know the part will fit my vehicle?
Send us the vehicle year, make, model, engine size and VIN, and we will check the part against them before you order. Fitment problems usually come from a mid-year model change or from one OEM number crossing to more than one variant, which is why the VIN is worth including. Photographs of the original part also help when the number has been superseded.
Payment and warranty
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (T/T), L/C at sight and D/P at sight. Under T/T our standard terms are 30% deposit with 70% before shipment; under L/C and D/P the terms are confirmed on the proforma invoice. Production begins when the deposit has cleared and any required drawing or sample has been approved. We never ask for card details through this website, and we will not change our bank details by email without a signed confirmation on company letterhead — treat any message that does as fraudulent and call us to verify.
What warranty do you provide?
Every part carries a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment against defects in material and workmanship. If a claim is accepted, we repair or replace the item, or issue a credit note for its invoiced value, at our option. The warranty does not cover normal wear, incorrect fitment, damage from an accident, or racing and competition use.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost?
Freight depends on the destination port, the total weight and volume, and the Incoterms rule you choose. We quote EXW, FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, and CIF. Send us the part numbers and quantities and we will come back with a freight figure for your port. On EXW, FOB and CIF quotations, import duty, VAT and destination clearance are not included in the price. A DDP quotation includes them.
What happens if a part arrives damaged?
Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery document before signing, photograph the carton, its label and the part, and email us within 7 days of delivery. We answer within two working days with a decision or a request for one more detail. If the claim is accepted, we replace the goods or issue a credit note for their invoiced value. The full process is set out on our Shipping and Returns page.
How long does delivery take after dispatch?
Transit time depends on the mode and route. Courier shipments usually arrive within days, air freight within about a week after departure, and sea freight takes several weeks depending on the destination port. The exact figure should come from the carrier’s schedule at the time of booking, not from a general estimate, so we give you the booking reference and bill of lading once the goods are loaded.
