Terms of Service

Last updated: 21 October 2026

These terms govern quotations, orders and deliveries for products supplied by Zhejiang Ifun ATV Parts Co., Ltd (“IFUN”, “we”, “us”) to business customers. By placing an order, or by accepting a quotation in writing, you agree to them.

1. About us

  • Company: Zhejiang Ifun ATV Parts Co., Ltd
  • Registered address: International Auto and Motorcycle Parts Industrial Zone, Tangxia, Rui’an City, Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China
  • Email: sales@ifunatvparts.com
  • Telephone: +86 577 5891 6905

2. Quotations

A quotation is an invitation to order, not a binding offer. It is valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless it states otherwise. After that period, prices and availability must be confirmed again before an order is accepted.

Quoted prices are based on the quantity, specification, packaging and delivery term stated in the quotation. A change to any of these — a different quantity, a revised drawing, custom packaging, or a change of destination port — may change the price.

Unless the quotation is issued on DDP terms, prices are exclusive of import duties, taxes, and any certification or testing fees required in the destination country.

3. Orders and minimum quantity

An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing, normally by a proforma invoice. We may decline an order where the quantity is below our minimum, where we cannot verify the buyer, or where the goods are subject to export restrictions.

  • Minimum order quantity: USD 5,000 per order, with at least 50 pieces per part number.
  • Mixed part numbers: Accepted in one order, provided the order total reaches USD 5,000 and each part number is at least 50 pieces.

Order changes are possible only before production starts. Once material has been cut or a part has entered machining, changes are treated as a new order for the affected quantity.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are stated in the currency shown on the quotation, normally US dollars. Bank charges levied by the remitting bank are for the buyer’s account; charges levied by our bank are for ours. Where a payment is made in a currency other than the invoiced one, the amount received must cover the invoiced amount after conversion.

  • Payment terms: Under T/T, 30% deposit with 70% before shipment. L/C at sight and D/P at sight are also accepted; the terms of each are confirmed on the proforma invoice.
  • Accepted methods: bank transfer (T/T), L/C at sight, D/P at sight.

Production begins when the deposit has cleared and, where a drawing or sample approval is required, when that approval has been received in writing. If payment is late, we may suspend production and extend the delivery date by at least the length of the delay.

Title to the goods passes to the buyer when we have received payment in full. Risk passes in accordance with the Incoterms rule in section 5.

5. Trade terms

Unless the quotation states otherwise, deliveries are made on the terms below, as defined by Incoterms 2020 published by the International Chamber of Commerce:

TermWhat it means in practice
EXW (Ex Works)Goods are made available at our premises. The buyer arranges and pays for export clearance, loading, freight and insurance. Risk passes at our premises.
FOB (Free On Board)We deliver the goods on board the vessel at the named port and pay export clearance. The buyer pays ocean freight and insurance. Risk passes once the goods are on board.
CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)We pay freight and minimum-cover insurance to the named destination port. Risk still passes when the goods are on board at origin, not at destination.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)We arrange freight, export and import clearance, duty and VAT, and deliver to the named address. Risk passes at destination, ready for unloading. Quoted only on request, because the duty and tax element depends on the destination country and HS code.

Our usual loading ports are Ningbo and Shanghai. If you need a term not listed here — CFR or DAP — ask before ordering; we quote it separately because it changes who bears customs risk.

6. Lead time and delivery

Production lead time: 25 working days after receipt of the deposit and approval of any required drawing or sample. Quoted lead times are working-day estimates; they do not include weekends, public holidays, or the Spring Festival period, during which our factory and most of our supply chain close for several weeks each year.

Transit time after shipment depends on the mode and route and is outside our control. Sea freight to Europe or the Americas commonly takes several weeks; the exact figure should be taken from the carrier’s schedule at the time of booking, not from this page.

We will give you the booking details and shipping documents — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading — once the goods are loaded.

7. Inspection and claims

Inspect the goods on arrival. Where cartons are visibly damaged, note the damage on the carrier’s delivery document before signing, and photograph the carton and its label. Then contact us with the order number, the affected part numbers and the photographs.

  • Visible damage or shortage: notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Latent defects found on unpacking or first fitment: notify us within 30 days of delivery.

Claims received after those periods may still be considered, but we cannot pursue a carrier or insurer once their own deadlines have passed, which limits what we can recover for you. See Shipping and Returns for the step-by-step process.

8. Warranty

We warrant that the goods conform to the specification in the order and are free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months from the date of shipment.

If a valid claim is accepted, we will at our option repair or replace the defective item, or issue a credit note for its invoiced value. This is the extent of our obligation: we do not cover labour charges, vehicle downtime, towing, loss of profit, or consequential losses of any kind.

The warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear of friction, sealing or consumable parts;
  • damage from incorrect fitment, modification, or use of the part on a vehicle it was not specified for;
  • damage from accident, misuse, racing or competition use, or operation outside the vehicle manufacturer’s specifications;
  • damage from contaminated fluids, overheating, or a fault elsewhere in the vehicle;
  • goods stored in unsuitable conditions after delivery.

9. Returns

Do not return goods without a written return authorisation and a return address from us. Unauthorised returns are refused at our cost or returned to the sender.

  • Defective goods under warranty: we cover return freight for confirmed defects and ship the replacement at our cost.
  • Goods ordered in error: accepted only with prior written approval, provided they are unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return freight is for the buyer’s account, and a restocking charge may apply.
  • Custom-made or specially ordered items: not returnable unless defective.

10. Part numbers and trade marks

IFUN supplies aftermarket replacement parts. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by, or endorsed by any original equipment manufacturer.

Part numbers, model names and trade marks belonging to Yamaha, Honda, Polaris, Can-Am, Kawasaki, Arctic Cat, Suzuki or any other manufacturer are used on this site and in our catalogues solely to identify the vehicles or original parts for which our products are a replacement. Their use does not imply that the part is made by, approved by, or warranted by that manufacturer. All such trade marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Where we refer to an OEM number, it is a cross-reference for identification. The part you receive is manufactured by IFUN, not by the vehicle manufacturer.

11. Intellectual property

Photographs, drawings, catalogue text and product data on this site are ours or are used with permission. You may use them to resell our products. You may not use them to represent that you are us, or to market competing products as if they were ours.

Drawings and specifications you send us remain yours. By sending them, you confirm that you have the right to share them and you authorise us to use them to quote and manufacture your order.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemic disease and the official measures taken in response, war, civil unrest, government action, export or import restrictions, port closure, carrier failure, shortage of raw material or energy, and sustained power or network outage.

If such an event continues for more than 60 days, either party may cancel the affected order. We will refund any payment for goods not yet produced or shipped, and you will pay for goods already produced to your specification.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the invoiced value of the goods giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, or damage to a vehicle or to other property.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

14. Anti-bribery and export compliance

Both parties comply with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws. You confirm that the goods will not be resold, transferred or used in breach of applicable export control or sanctions rules, and that you are not a person or entity subject to trade restrictions.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any order are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The parties will first try to resolve any dispute by negotiation in good faith within 30 days of written notice. If it is not resolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with its rules then in force. The seat of arbitration is Shanghai, the language is English, and the award is final and binding on both parties. A party may seek interim relief from a competent court where necessary to protect its rights.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published on this page on the date we confirm the order. If we change them materially, we will update the date at the top of this page.

17. Contact

Questions about these terms, or about a specific order, can be sent to sales@ifunatvparts.com or raised with your usual sales contact.
